But she’s not only experienced: as a qualified coach, trainer, TetraMap Facilitator, Level A and B qualified and Talent Q psychometric tester, Anne is equipped with the expertise to manage any recruitment project.
Glenda Naik, MA Hons PG Dip Occ Psych
Over a 20-year career, Glenda’s developed a broad range of experience in the tools and techniques of Talent Management. Whether it’s an assessment centre, a group training event or a 1-2-1 coaching programme, Glenda has the expertise to design, facilitate and deliver it all. She’s not only a qualified Occupational Psychologist but is registered for Level A and B psychometric testing, using SHL OPQ, Hogan and Talent Q psychometrics.
Ali McBride, MA BCAP
Ali’s background in the field is extensive, stretching from Selection and Talent Management to Leadership Development and Change Management. On top of that, she’s a Psychotherapist and Corporate Coach, registered with the British Psychological Society for Level A and B in psychometric testing, and qualified in Talent Q, Dimensions and DISC Profiling and Leadership Development INSEAD.
Following a successful retail career at a senior level, Kenneth has been a Recruitment and Talent Management Specialist for over 10 years. In that time, he’s worked across Retail, Finance and Telecoms – bringing a range of assessment and development tools to bear on projects at every level, from Contact Centre to Senior Management.
Angela has worked on recruitment projects globally. These include Executive Search to board level, graduate programmes and specialist/complex recruitment projects for volume or niche skills across the UK and internationally. RPO & ATS evaluation and implementation. 3rd party management. Industry expertise in engineering, technical, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors.
Gillian Anderson, BA MCIPD
With significant HR consultancy experience, Gillian brings a wide range of skills to the team, including Job Analysis, Competency Design and Outplacement Coaching. She’s also a member of the British Psychological Society, certified in Occupational Testing and qualified to use Talent Q, MBTI, OPQ – giving her vital tools for recruiting and developing staff.
A 35-year veteran of the Financial Services sector – including almost 20 years in Leadership roles – Norma offers extensive skills and experience. With a track record of managing and developing people, developing end-to-end recruitment strategies and driving organisational change, she’s well equipped to tackle projects of every sort, from Customer Service programmes to Senior Management roles.
