When I met the DRS interviewer, I wouldn’t have known they were from an external partner – she was very passionate about the company and what they had to offer. After my interview, DRS contacted me to say they would like to put me forward for a management position, that was also hiring, as she recognised my potential. I was successful and started as a Team Manager not long after – all because of the DRS Assessor’s knowledge of the role and ability to recognise talent.
